UPDATE: Online Sales and Remote Delivery Now Available




To our Maserati of The Main Line Family,

From our family here at Maserati of The Main Line to yours, we hope that you and your family are staying safe and healthy. While we recommend staying indoors, many of us still need to make trips to get essential supplies for ourselves and our families, making the acquisition and maintenance of reliable transportation as important as ever. We want our family of customers to know that we are taking additional precautions to maintain the safety of our staff and community while ensuring the quality of our service as it relates to the current situation.


As of Monday, April 20th, Governor Wolf announced that motor vehicle sales can occur online in Pennsylvania with the signage of SB 841. Online sales and remote delivery are now available at Maserati of The Main Line. While our showroom is closed, our website has full inventory information and is available at any time. Sales advisers are prepared to answer your questions via phone, email, text, and video. We have also implemented a contact-free delivery process whereby paperwork is prepared in advance of your vehicle's arrival. Prior to delivery, all vehicles are sanitized. For customers within 35 miles of the store, the car will be driven to you. For customers outside of that radius, we will arrange individually for doorstep delivery.


Finally, your sales advisor will review the operation of your new vehicle remotely via phone or video chat ensuring that you are completely comfortable with your new car.


To protect our customers and employees at our store, we've removed close-proximity seating and set up distancing markers at the CDC recommended interval of six feet. All of our essential staff are supplied with nitrile gloves and masks. Cleaning personnel are sanitizing frequent touch points and hard surfaces regularly throughout the workday. A professional service is also utilizing specialized sanitizing machines in all common areas once per week.


All service vehicles are properly disinfected by a member of our service department, and a steering wheel cover is used on all vehicles until it is returned to the customer. Loaner vehicles and online purchases undergo the identical process before pick-up or delivery. Also, to minimize contact, all service repair orders, invoices, and loaner contracts are completed digitally.


Our service and parts departments remain open and fully capable of handling all of your vehicle's needs. We recommend all customers utilize our at home pick up and delivery service. A team of drivers are at the ready and are utilizing no-contact protocols for all vehicle handovers.
